Exercise physiology at Kogarah Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic is delivered by university-qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists who specialise in the use of structured, evidence-based exercise to improve physical capacity, function, and long-term health.
Our approach focuses on understanding each individual’s health status, movement ability, and goals to develop safe, effective, and sustainable exercise programs. Exercise may include strength and conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and mobility work, and functional movement retraining, progressed appropriately over time.
Our exercise physiology services are guided by current evidence and, where appropriate, objective assessment measures. This allows us to monitor progress, adjust programs effectively, and support meaningful improvements in health, function, and quality of life.
Exercise physiology services are delivered through one-on-one sessions as well as small group classes, with a strong emphasis on education, self-management, and long-term behaviour change.
